What you'll need

  • Contact details for the filer and the Domestic Filing Entity
  • Company registration numbers and tax identifiers (TINs)
  • Details of any Domestic Constituent Entities (DCEs) and Excluded Entities
  • The Ultimate Parent Entity's information
  • If you are a service provider and are completing this registration on behalf of the DFE, a signed Letter of Authority.
